Nhean Pholet, born in 1958 in Sangkat # 2 Tuol Kork, known as Khan Tuol Kork, Phnom Penh today is an owner of POLO Cleaning Cars in the center of Phnom Penh .

He started his primary education in Pov Om primary school, Tuol Kork and did almost his high school education when the Cambodia civil war started in the 1970. He was in class de premier (a final grade of high school) when Lun Nol took power over the country.

In 1975, in Pol Pot regime, he was mobilized to Pey Veng province, a hometown of his father, where he had to serve work on a farm until 1986.

In 1986, he moved to Phnom Penh , servicing scooter repairing, and other machineries, as a carpenter making tables, chairs, wooden cupboards as well as building wooden and concrete houses.

In 1988, he worked as a taxi driver running Phnom Penh_ Sre Ambel, Kampot province. A year later, he worked as a driver for a fishing lot businessman in Pur Sat province, where he had to travel most of the time Phnom Penh - Pur Sat. Because of his good talent, he was assigned to be responsible for general work in the business. He had to help repairing motor boat engines, and managing fishing lots a whole.

In 1991, he started his garage business washing the car ever since. In 2000, he learned from his work how to repair cars and studied techniques.

In 2002, he started to produce his first car, Angkor 2003 and in 2004, Angkor 2004.

During his life, he made a lot of creative things, such as beds which can be flipped up and down to save space just as Japanese house. He made a good design in his house from bed rooms to bath rooms. It looks tidy and spacious due to good design. He designed his room with speakers and other cupboards where other decorations were put up. He wanted to make more cars and to study more designs, particularly he want to make a car in which the steering wheel comes out when the engine is on by 2006.
